+[* black] If you do not have the original packaging or tool, you are going to have to get a bit crafty. A paper clip should do the trick if you can bend it into a straight wire.
+[* black] Insert the tool into the small hole on the top right corner, above the volume buttons.
+[* black] Push the tool in and the tray should pop out. Proceed to pull and remove the tray with your hands.
