+[* black] MAKE SURE that you are careful here and pull out the entire digitizer combo piece, not just the glass. If you do not go down deep enough with the tool (the piece is right at 4cm in depth), you will only have enough leverage to pry the glass out (which is wrong and can damage the part). STOP if you see the glass pulling up and see glue from the separation, you are not pulling up/out the entire assembly, but only separating the glass from it.
+[* black] It may help to insert the tool at an angle towards the outside of the casing (away from the glass) & not straight down. That will help you go outside of & around the rubber seal, ensuring that you will do the least damage to the rubber and are able to pry out the assembly correctly.
