+[* black] Before replacing RAM, the keyboard must be removed.
+[* black] 1. Use a T-8 Torx Screwdriver, remove the middle two bottom housing screws.
+[* black] 2. With a small-flat blade screwdriver, please lift front of the keyboard and slightly pull it forward.
+[* black] 3. Rotate the keyboard so that it is perpendicular to the top cover.
+[* black] 4. The locking tabs on the two keyboard cable connectors must be released. You will then disconnect the cables from the motherboard.
+[* black] 5. You will then lift off the keyboard.
