[* black] Follow steps 1-3 on the HKC P774A Digitizer replacement guide.
[* black] Once the digitizer has been removed, the LCD can be disconnected from the motherboard.
[* black] Unlock the black pins that connect the LCD band to the motherboard (pins circled in red).
[* black] Once both pins are unlocked, the LCD band can be removed and the LCD can be replaced.
+[* icon_caution] Make sure when removing the pins from the band, that you don't damage it. If the motherboard connection is damaged, the device will not function correctly.
