-[* black] Once all the screws have been removed, turn the earpiece over. Then, rotate the microphone and cover plate away from the battery housing (This will expose the battery.)
-[* red] [guide|750|Desolder] and disconnect the wires from the old battery.
-[* icon_note] The battery is glued in the case. Wedge a plastic opening pick or spudger under the battery to break the adhesive. Do not bend or puncture the battery.
+[* black] Turn the earpiece over, and expose the battery by folding the microphone and cover plate away from the battery housing.
+[* red] [guide|750|Desolder] battery connections to disconnect the three colored wires from the old battery. Make note of corresponding colors/locations for installation of new battery.
