-[* red] Push on tabs at the side and pull up to remove RAM.
+[* red] Push on small white metal tabs at the side and pull up on the RAM.
+[* black] The RAM should be sticking out at about a 45 degree angle as shown in picture 2. Pull straight out on the RAM to remove it.
+[* icon_note] The RAM may stick slightly, if necessary wiggle back and forth gently to loosen.
