+[* black] Remove old foam and fiberglass with a sharp knife, utility knife, or really anything. There are better ways to do this then with a knife, but if your powered tool selection is slim, a knife will do. I also found that needle nose pliers work very well for grabbing and twisting.
+[* icon_reminder] You really have to just go at it. Don't be afraid to really dig in and use some force. At the end of this there will be a huge gaping section of your board missing.
