-[* black] Take apart the trucks by removing the first washer, the first bushing, the metal hanger, the second bushing, then the second washer in that order. Make sure to remember the order in which you removed things!

[* red] To remove the hanger, wiggle it off of the kingpin (large bolt), then lift it out of the pivot cup.
