[* black] Once all solder is removed, use the heat gun to heat the two solder pads and the 30 pins while prying the dock connector downwards until it detaches from the logic board.
[* black] Clean any excess solder from logic board, 30 pin holes, and both solder pads using desoldering braid and soldering iron.
- [* icon_caution] DO NOT remove the dock connector before all solder is removed, as you will rip the pins out of the dock connector and then have to remove them from the logic board.
