[* black] Now that you have removed the plastic midframe from the motherboard, there are only a few parts left of the device, including the LCD Display.
-[* black] Now this piece is a little tricky. You will need to take out a heat gun to loosen the soldered-on ribbon cable and use a metal spudger to pry off the cable from the midframe.
