-[* black] use a ##### hex screwdriver to remove the dock from the base. be carefully not to damage the ribbon during this step.
-[* icon_caution] there is a torsion spring under the dock. when removed this spring has a tendency to fly out. loosen the dock until it is able to rotate freely. rotate it so that there is no tension in the spring. the undo the screw completely
