+[* black] Grease up the second bearing, and replace it.
+[* black] Thread the nuts onto the axle to hold the brake in place. Be sure not to over-tighten them.
+[* black] A good way to be sure that you didn't over-tighten the nuts is to make sure that all of the parts spin.
+[* black] Remember, when you spin the brake backwards, it should be tougher, it's supposed to lock up.
