+[* black] Turn the front of the phone to face you. On the bottom left and right corners of the face plate there are two small square holes. Insert a pencil-shaped tool into each square hole and push up to detach face plate.
+[* black] Pull the face plate up and off of the phone. Note that the keypad will be loose and will fall off of the phone when taking off the face plate.
