-[* black] Rotate the camera so it is laying on its front side. Then use your fingers to gently shift the body of the camera while holding onto the LCD screen so that the ribbon for the LCD display can slide through the slot in the metal casing. Once ribbon is loose, lift LCD display out from the rest of the camera.
-[* icon_caution] Be very careful with the motherboard. Do not break it in attempts to get the LCD screen out.
-[* black] Camera, metal case, and tripod mount female end can be separated now.
