+[* black] Once the engine shield is flipped over, check to see if there is a pull cord.
+[* black] If there is no string at all, spin the starting mechanism spool back at least 5 rotations then line up the hole on the outside with the hole on the inside, then slip the string through and tie a knot.
+[* black] If the string is present, pull it back until the string is completely unwound from the starter mechanism spool, then wedge a screwdriver into the gap to hold the spool in place, cut the string with scissors and slip the new one through then tie a knot to keep it in place.
