| [* red] Place the spanner tool on the backside of the 6.5 mm chainring bolt. The spanner will be used to keep the bolts in place while unscrewing them on the opposite sides. | |
| - | [* orange] With the spanner tool on one side of the chainring, use a 5 mm hex key to remove the chainring bolts on the opposite side. |
