-[* black] Use the flat end of a spudger or your fingernail to carefully flip up the clear protective flap on the ribbon cable ZIF socket. Carefully slide the cable out. It may take some effort to slide it out. DO NOT PRY the Black ZIF socket off the mother board.

Use the flat end of a spudger/your fingernail to lift the white bar 90°, this allows removal of the cable from the black ZIF socket. Slide the cable out of the black ZIF socket. DO NOT PRY the Black ZIF socket off the mother board.
