[* black] Use the edge of a plastic opening tool to gently pry the following connectors up and out of their sockets on the logic board:
[* red] Digitizer cable (pry from bottom)
[* orange] LCD cable (pry from bottom)
[* yellow] Headphone jack/volume button cable (pry from top)
[* green] Top Microphone/sleep button cable (pry from top)
[* blue] Front camera cable (pry from top)
+[* black] When removing the headphone jack/volume button (yellow) be very carefull as there is a small microchip that can be knocked off with the plastic opening tool just above it to the right, if knocked off you will be unable to use front facing camera
