-[* red] Locate the two silver clips holding the RAM chip.
- [* icon_note] There is a total of two RAM chips and four silver clips. Remove one at a time.
-[* orange] Use your left and right index fingers to pull back the two silver clips away from the RAM chip.
- [* icon_note] The RAM disk will slightly pop out.
-[* black] Gently pull the RAM disk out of the slot with your index finger and thumb.
+[* red] Locate the four silver clips holding the RAM sticks.
+ [* icon_note] There is a total of two RAM chips and four silver clips. Two silver clips hold one RAM stick. Remove one RAM stick at a time.
+[* orange] Use your fingers from separate hands to pull back the two silver clips away from the sides of the RAM stick.
+[* black] Gently pull the RAM stick out from its slot.
+[* black] Repeat this step for the other RAM stick.
