-[* black] Lift the plastic rim up from the phone, starting with either of the shorter sides. Work your way down the keyboard side, and remove the second shorter side last.
-[* black] With three sides disconnected, lift the plastic rim until it is almost vertical and wiggle it free from the rest of the device.
+[* black] Lift up the edge of the black plastic rim that includes the speaker board from the side closest to the keypad.
+[* black] Once the entire plastic rim has been lifted from the back of the LCD assembly, it can be removed.
