-[* black] Lift up plastic rim, starting from the side with the connectors.
-[* black] Remove the plastic rim by releasing the two clips along the attached edge.
+[* black] Pry the plastic rim up from the phone, starting with either of the shorter sides. Work your way down the keyboard side, and remove the second shorter side last.
+[* black] With three sides disconnected, lift the plastic rim until it is almost vertical and wiggle it free from the rest of the device.
