-[* black] Turn the laptop over once more so that the top side is facing towards you. Open the screen and tilt it all the way back.

-[* yellow] Gently pry underneath the media keys using the plastic opening tool.
+[* red] Turn the laptop right-side up. Open the screen and tilt it all the way back.
+[* orange] Locate the media keys.
+[* yellow] Gently lift up the media key strip using the plastic pry tool.
[* icon_caution] If there is too much resistance when prying, stop and search for cause of the resistance. Do not force the media keys.
