+ | [* black] Lift up the cover and lean it against the screen so it is out of the way for the rest of the process. You can remove the keyboard without disconnecting the power button board from the motherboard. |
+ | [* black] Remove the small screw right below the F6 key to free the keyboard. Pull up slowly to remove it. If it does not budge give it a little more strength. The keyboard cable is connected to the motherboard by the wide white ribbon. Before you disconnect the cable you’ll have to unlock the plastic connecter at the end of the green ribbon. |
