+[* black] Reinstalling the heatsink: you need to put thermal grease (thermal compound etc) on the GPU chip first...
+[* black] Squeeze a VERY SMALL amount onto the chip, say the size of a grain of rice or so, and spread it out with the corner of some cardboard, or credit card etc (I actually used a plastic spoon, which worked very well)
+[* black] Keep spreading it out only using more grease as needed, trying to keep the layer VERY thin, with even coverage
