+[* black] 1. Test the card quickly without reinstalling the fan/heatsink
+[* black] 2. Reinstalling the fan/heatsink then testing
+[* black] I suggest you try the card in a PC to see if it will POST
+[* black] If you are trying it without the heatsink/fan, DO NOT run it for longer then 30 seconds
+[* black] If the card still doesn't work after baking, you may need more heat, or longer bake time...
+[* black] If you were going to throw the card away, you don't have much to lose, so you might as well try a slightly higher temp, or longer time... just don't go much higher then 400F (205C) or longer then 15 minutes or so
