+[* black] You need to compress the tabs (one at a time, one on each side) holding the sphere into the base and lift the sphere off of the base
+[* icon_note] We recommend using a large flat-head screwdriver to compress the tab, and a small flat-head screwdriver to slip under the metal and pry it away from the base.
