[* black] Join both white cables and solder them together.
+[* icon_caution] Remember that the white cable from the AC adapter NEEDS to be soldered to the white cable from the chord that comes from the MacBook connector.
[* black] The black tube on the cable is to isolate it later, you can use heat to shrink it.
[* icon_note] The last pic shows the black rubber tube, you can cut it up to fit the length you need.
[* icon_caution] It is very important to isolate both cables, they cannot touch each other or else they will short circuit (in other words: Kaboom!).
