-[* black] Filters? Sensors? Purple covers for the grey boxy things? We're not sure, but they are pretty. According to Chipworks, they could be collimating filters.
-[* red] The missing third eye of this Kinect, has been found. These three grey boxes look a lot like IR sensors—that's our speculation.
