-[* black] Starting at the wide base of the triangular sections, use the 10 mm nuts and bolts to attach two solar panel plates together. First hand tighten each bolt/nut pair, then secure them with your two 10 mm wrenches.
-[* red] On the way to the center, DO NOT install a nut and bolt in the ***THIRD TO LAST*** hole. This is where the Pipe Ring Bracket is attached later on.
