+[* black] Unplug the battery plugs from the mother board by pulling out the plugs to fully remove back panel.

+[* black] Remove the one screw holding the speaker in place with a PHO size philips head screw driver.
+[* black] Score the glue that is holding the speaker in place and use a prier tool to unsecure the speaker.
