[* black] After removing the external casing, there are no more screws holding on the gray metal plate. Carefully separate the gray plate from the rest of the phone by simply lifting it off.
-[* black] (As a warning if you have a V325i phone, there is a chip attached to the inside of the metal stamped plate. My guess is it's a heat sink. That means the backing plate cannot be completely removed and you have to work carefully to not ding the flat cable and screen circuits)
