-[* black] Remove old thermal paste from the heat sink area of the motherboard.
+[* black] Look at the top of the cooler to find the metal cooling channel (looks like a rail). Following this rail you will find 2 fins, one on each side of the rail, attached to the board with 1 1mm screw each. Loosen these 7 screws, and carefully remove the cooler.
