-[* black] Turn the crank extractor tool clockwise until it is fully threaded into the hole.
-[* black] Place an adjustable wrench on the bolt of the crank extractor
-[* black] Turn the adjustable wrench clockwise to push the crankset off the spindle.
+[* black] Turn the front segment of the crank extractor tool (the black part in the photos) clockwise until it is fully threaded into the hole. Use an adjustable or 15 mm wrench for the last couple of turns.
+[* black] Place an adjustable or 15mm wrench on the protruding bolt of the crank extractor (The end closest to you).
+[* black] Turn the wrench clockwise to push the crankset off the spindle.
[* icon_note] Hold onto the pedal for leverage while turning the crank extractor to make removal easier.
+[* icon_note] You can also use an hex key to remove the crankset instead.
