-[* black] Use the Phillips #2 bit to loosen the 7mm Phillips #2 screw at the bottom of the grill.
-[* black] When the 7mm Phillips #2 screw is loose, turn to the back of the fan and rotate the small blot counterclockwise until it pops out. Now gently take out the 7mm Phillips #2 screw.
