-[title] How to Access the Hotswappable HDD Sleds
-[* black] The Primary one we'll focus on are the one I have which is the Front Hotswap one. What you want to do is Disengage the Spring-loaded Latch and pull forward while keeping constant pressure.
-[* black] This should be simple to do since this requires no skill to do. Pull the front plate down fully and move it out of the way. Then, you immediately have access to the HDDs in Hotswappable Trays!
-[* icon_note] As a note, do not attempt to open the front plate if you encounter immediate resistance. It could be a case of a Locked Front Plate and requires the simple turning of the provided key given you have it in your possession. Insert the key like any other, add a bit of pressure, and turn it Clockwise to the Unlocked Position.
+[title] How to Access the HDD Sleds
+[* black] The first model, the Hotswap HDD Sleds, simply opens with a latch at the top of the Front Panel. Once that is unlatched, pull it out and down and you have immediate access to the drives.
+[* black] With the Internal HDD Sled Model, you can just disengage the latch for that panel and pull the side off of it. Make sure to pull forward on the side panel because going the wrong direction, you simply are unable to open it.
+[* icon_note] As a note, do not attempt to open the front and/or side plate if you encounter resistance. It could be a case (No pun intended) of a Locked Front Plate and requires the simple use of the provided key. Insert the key like any other, add a bit of pressure, and turn it Clockwise to the Unlocked Position.
