-[* black] The power supply works as the package is designed and built but I found the adjustable voltage potentiometers to be very touchy as to getting to an exact voltage desired and a bump of the knob would through that off. While not a major problem, I found it frustrating when wanting the positive and negative voltages to match for a project.
[* black] UNPLUG Power Supply from any external power and disconnect all cables.
[* black] Remove the two #1 philips head screws from the sides of the power supply.
[* black] Take a photograph of your wiring before starting to make sure you get them back correct.
[* black] Using your desoldering equipment desolder the 4 leads going to the two voltage control potentiometers.
[* black] Remove the 2 potentiometers and all their hardware.
