-[* black] Insert your opening tool between the screen and the outer case. Go around the phone using the prying tool without removing it from in between the screen and the shell of the phone.

+[* black] Insert a plastic opening tool into the seam between the screen and the outer case. Work the plastic opening tool around the phone without removing it from the seam.
[* black] Slowly pry the outer case from the screen.
