-[* black] using the tool CAREFULLY lift the latch on the bottom half where the ribbon cable is connected
-[* black] After the latch is lifted the ribbon cable should be released and can be removed.

+[* black] Using the blue opening tool or your finger nail, place it underneath the gray tab on the lower housing.
+[* black] Lift the tab up and pull out the ribbon cable to disconnect it from the lower housing.
