-[* orange] Push the plastic piece away from the connecting port with the tweezers to completely disconnect it from the back panel.
+[* red] Unscrew the four 6 mm Phillips #0 screws that secure the fan.
+[* orange] Push the white fan connector directly out of its port tweezers or a pry tool.
+[* black] Lift the fan up and out of the chassis.
