-[* red] Unscrew the Phillips PM2.5×6.0 screw with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
-[* orange] Unplug the ribbon cables attached to the touchpad slowly.
+[* red] Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove two 6.0 mm screws.
+[* orange] Use the tip of a spudger or your fingernail to flip up the small locking flaps on the three connectors attached to the trackpad.
+[* black] Pull the cables out gently.
