-[* black] Begin pulling on the back panel of the laptop with moderate force. The back panel will begin to unclip from the base.
-[* black] Start on one side and move around the sides until the back panel is free from the base of the laptop.
+[* black] Use an opening tool in the seam between the top and bottom case to begin prying the back case from the device.
+[* black] Continue around the perimeter of the laptop and release any clips with the opening tool.
+[* black] Pull off the back panel from the base starting on one side and working your way around.
