-[* black] 13. There are two screws holding a second cardboard plate in place. Unscrew those with the 4 inch screwdriver. The plate can be moved now, although it cannot be removed, as two sets of wires are soldered in a way that doesn’t allow one to remove the plate.
-[* black] 14. If at this point, the problem is with the feet of the machine, locate the inside of the bottom cover and remove the three screws holding the feet in place with the 4 inch screwdriver.
