-[* black] I removed the cargo area cover – emptying all the ‘junk’ and spare tire from underneath – the rear scuff panel and cargo tray on the driver’s side. On both black side panels, there are two 12mm bolts near the top and a 10 mm bolt on the rear post. There is cargo ring bolt at the bottom; it can be removed for more access, but it's not necessary.
