[title] Remove the wheel wells and springs
[* icon_note] This section is required to repair the wheel motors or beater bar motor. It can (and should) be skipped in most other repairs.
[* light_blue] Remove the 4 silver 10mm screws on each wheel well.
[* icon_caution] Many wires are routed around the sides and top of these wheel wells. Take care not to pull or damage these wires when uninstalling the wheel wells.
[* icon_note] The wheel wells have the traction springs inside of them, so you will hear a snap as you remove the final screws.
[* red] Do not errantly remove or adjust the black spring retention screw.
