[title] Remove the stretch release adhesive
-[* black] Use your fingers or blunt tweezers to grip the black pull-tab on one of the adhesive strips.
-[* black] Pull the strip out *** very slowly and steadily*** at a low angle. Give it plenty of time to stretch and unstick from under the battery.
- [* icon_note] You may have to re-grip the adhesive closer to the laptop and continue pulling multiple times—the adhesive will ***stretch a lot***. You will feel when the entire strip comes out.
-[* black] If the adhesive strip breaks off, try to retrieve it using your fingers or blunt tweezers, and continue pulling—but ***don't pry under the battery***.
-[* black] Repeat the process for all eight stretch release adhesive strips.
