-[* red] Use the [product|IF145-039|T5 Torx Screwdriver|new_window=true] to remove the 12 screws on the bottom of the laptop. Once the screws are removed, lift off the bottom panel (red highlight).
-[* yellow] Locate the two rectangular rams, left and right, in the middle of the motherboard (highlighted yellow).
-[* orange] Gently spread apart the latches on either side of each ram for the ram stick to pop up. Remove each ram (orange highlight).
