-[* red] Remove the 12 bottom cover screws (in red)
-[* green] Locate the ram in the middle of the motherboard (in green)
-[* yellow] Spread the latches apart for the ram stick to pop up (in yellow)
+[* red] Use the T5 Torx Screwdriver to remove the 12 screws on the bottom of the laptop. Once the screws are removed, lift off the bottom panel (red highlight).
+[* green] Locate the two rectangular rams, left and right, in the middle of the motherboard (highlighted green).
+[* yellow] Gently spread apart the latches on either side of each ram for the ram stick to pop up. Remove each ram (yellow highlight).
