[* black] Attach your box wrench with the 7mm side facing into the rim onto the hex-nut.
-[* black] The hex nut is holding the tire in place. You may twist with your box wrench towards the left (counter-clockwise) and then unscrew the 7mm hex-nut by hand or continue turning your wrist until the hex-nut comes out with the box-wrench.
