-[* icon_note] Similar to the previous step, opening the outer part of the headset will reveal even more wirings. Again, you have to be careful with your hands to make sure the wires don't get harmed.
-[* black] After pushing the clips, you want to open the outside of the headset and there you should see a microphone arm screw.
-[* red] You want to just screw the microphone arm screw and make it tighter so that it won't be so loose. Use a size #3 Phillips screwdriver to take the screw out.
