+[* black] Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, unscrew the 1 screw holding the ground ring in place
+[* black] using pliers or any tool that can grip onto the 3 connections to the potentiometer, remove the connections carefully
+[* icon_caution] When pulling on the 3 connection points, there may be some resistance, do not pull too hard, if you yank on the cable too hard while its out, it might damage the cable itself
